Retouched: photos only, or file only, NT$50 less
No retouching: still color-corrected, background cleaned and cropped to the right size. Retouched photos are done by the owner, by hand in Photoshop; we ask what you'd like retouched first. An extra set of the same size at the same time: +NT$50. The digital file comes as a QR code card (download on your phone, kept online for 2 years) or a CD.

Avoid having your photo rejected

How much is a passport photo in Tainan?
At Forever Mei Photo Studio (453 Chongde Rd, East District, Tainan), a set of 4 printed photos without retouching is NT$350 and ready in about 15 minutes (NT$300 if you pick them up 3 hours later, NT$250 the next day). Add the digital file for NT$50. Retouched photos with the digital file are NT$350 (48 hours) up to NT$500 (1 hour).
Can you take photos for the Taiwan ARC (residence permit)?
Yes. ARC photos use the 2-inch size (head 3.2–3.6 cm), the same as a Taiwan passport. Tell us the photo is for your ARC and we follow the rules.
Do you take US visa photos?
Yes. US visa photos are 5×5 cm, 2 photos per set. If you also need the digital photo for the online application, ask for the digital file (NT$50).
What about other countries, like Canada or Japan?
Tell us which country and what the photo is for, and we will follow that country's photo rules.
When are you open?
Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 08:00–18:00. Closed on Sundays.
